Capabilities

If you have a printer malfunction be it major or minor we will do our best to repair the fault on site. If you can bring the machine to us there will be no call-out charge. Depending on workload we can sometimes carry out the work after hours and over the weekend. Please contact us before delivering equipment if possible.

Charges 

Call-out, Greater Belfast:    £40 + £40 per hour + parts
 
Call-out outside Greater Belfast:    £50 + £40 per hour + parts
 
Return to base/repair at base:    £40 per hour plus parts
 

Remember

We repair and service most makes and types of printer
Different charges apply for Large Format, Thermal and some specialised machines.
